Pupil Performance

We place enormous value on sharing with parents / carers information about their child’s learning, progress, attainment and personal development at regular intervals throughout the year. We also share with you:-

  • Any specific targets your child will be focussing on to improve their rate of progress
  • How school is supporting them
  • How you as parents/carers can support and encourage your child at home.

For the current academic year, the formal planned dates for you to receive information about your child are as follows.

Parents Evening: 5-6:30pm Tuesday 16 October 2018
Parents Evening: 3:30-5pm Wednesday 17 October 2018

Reports out to parents: Monday 17th December 2017

Parents Evening: 3.30-5pm Tuesday 26th March 2019
Parents Evening: 5-6.30pm  Wednesday 27th March 2019

Reports out to parents: Friday 19th July 2019

The class teacher may also be able to provide snapshots of your child’s progress and school life at pick up time each day.

All parents and carers are able to book an appointment to discuss their child at any point during the year by contacting Mrs Prickett in Reception.

*Parents Evenings:

We also invite and encourage pupils in Kestrels to join their parents in these conversations for either the whole or part of the meeting time. This is a very valuable experience for the pupils to listen to and have a voice in these discussions which are about them! We often see a big difference following meetings where the pupil has been involved.
