“Inspiring, Nuturing, Caring”
Welcome to Hartest Church of England Primary School
Hartest CE Primary is a warm and friendly school where we aim for every individual to feel happy, secure, challenged and valued, and where the exciting journey to become a life-long learner begins. At Hartest we aim to make a difference by working in partnership with families and the community to cultivate a love of life and learning in all our children.
We strive to make learning fun and a natural part of life for our children. We want children to become confident and independent learners with an enquiring mind and to develop as individuals to their full potential. We believe that children should be encouraged to develop positive, caring attitudes towards themselves, each other and the wider community of which they are part. We work together to create a school where positive behaviour is encouraged and all are treated with respect, understanding and sensitivity.
Staff, children, parents and governors are proud to be part of Hartest CE Primary School. We are committed to raising the standards at our school. We have high expectations and seek to build on our success in our quest for continuous improvement.
Since June 2017, our school has been part of the St Edmundsbury and Ipswich Diocesan Multi Academy Trust The Trust aims to ensure that every one of it’s 18 schools provides an outstanding education for every child, enhance by it’s distinctively Christian ethos.
